This is a used laptop, single owner, smoke free home, and well taken care of. The last 4 years has been used as a desktop and not carried around like a laptop. I use it with a cooling stand on efficient mode. Battery has been set to conservation mode since I bought it in 2020 and the battery health is still at full capacity!
