The Lexar JumpDrive Dual Drive D400 gives users one compact 256GB flash drive for moving files between devices with USB Type-C and USB Type-A connections. Instead of carrying separate drives or adapters, its dual connector design makes it practical for transferring documents, photos, videos, and other files between compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops, Macs, and traditional computers.
Dual Connectors for Modern and Traditional Devices
The D400 combines USB Type-C and USB Type-A connectors in one drive, helping bridge newer mobile and computer hardware with systems that still use the traditional USB connection. Its USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface provides read speeds up to 130MB/s on the 256GB model, giving users a faster way to move larger files than older USB standards while remaining backward compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 devices.
Metal Swivel Design for Daily Carry
A metal housing surrounds the drive, while the swivel design helps protect the connectors when they are not in use. The integrated key ring loop provides another convenient way to keep the drive accessible in a bag or with frequently carried gear. At only 60.6 mm long and 17.8 g, it adds substantial removable storage without taking up much space.
File Security with Lexar DataShield
Lexar DataShield software lets users create a password protected safe that automatically encrypts stored data using 256 bit AES encryption. Payment Payment
We accept major credit cards and PayPal; however, American Express is not supported on this platform. All payments are securely processed through ’s managed payment system. Returns Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via messages or the returns link to obtain an RMA number.
Domestic Purchases
- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via messages or the returns link to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures proper handling of your return or replacement.
- To qualify for a full refund (less shipping expenses), the item must be in its original new condition, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Opened items are eligible for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred in sending the item. If your order included Free Shipping, the shipping expenses we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges for both ways will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in brand new condition as described above. If not, the return may be deemed non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%. Missing accessories or signs of wear may result in higher restocking fees. For specific fee details, please contact us via messages.
- Returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton (not just the original product box), with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label. Include a copy of your invoice and order number, and insure your return shipment with prepaid shipping. We do not accept COD shipments.
- Certain product categories are not eligible for return due to hygienic or sanitary reasons, as required by manufacturers. Consumable goods or items locked by manufacturers (such as Apple or HP) are not returnable.
Promotional Items
- If you received a free item as part of a “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion, the free item must be returned with your original return request to receive a full refund. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.
