This item is being sold strictly FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING / REPAIR ONLY. Physically, the smartpen and its original retail box are in excellent cosmetic condition with no signs of heavy wear. However, the internal components have failed due to age/storage.

TECHNICAL DIAGNOSIS & DEFECTS:

• Power Issue: When connected to a computer via the USB cable and the power button is pressed, the pen emits an audible beep, but it fails to boot up fully.

• Display Issue: The OLED screen does not illuminate or turn on at all.

• Battery Condition: Due to prolonged storage in the package, the internal lithium-ion battery appears to be entirely degraded or holds zero charge.
