🖥️ LOT OF 5 VINTAGE & LEGACY MEMORY MODULES⭐ IBM • RDRAM / RIMM • SO-DIMM • SPECIALTY MEMORY • RETRO COMPUTER PARTS

Here's a genuinely interesting assortment for the vintage computer collector, restoration enthusiast, repair technician or legacy-hardware parts dealer.

Up for sale is the exact lot of FIVE vintage memory-related modules shown in the photographs.

These aren't five identical sticks of ordinary RAM. This is a mixed collection spanning several older memory designs and form factors, including recognizable IBM memory, an RDRAM terminator module and an unusual specialty module with Galvantech and ISSI components.

🔥 WHAT'S IN THIS VINTAGE LOT?💾 IBM FRU 42H2819 Memory Module

One module carries the identifiable:

IBM FRU 42H2819

This IBM part number is associated with 32MB 144-pin laptop memory, and surviving examples continue to be sold specifically for vintage IBM/ThinkPad-era applications. Current items identify FRU 42H2819 as 32MB PC66/66MHz laptop memory.

💾 RDRAM TERMINATOR MODULE

One of the long modules is plainly labeled:

RDRAM Terminator Module

This isn't conventional RAM. Terminator/continuity modules were used with Rambus RIMM/RDRAM systems to populate otherwise unused RIMM slots and maintain the required continuity.

These are still bought today by people restoring RDRAM-era computers. Current comparable RIMM continuity modules are typically inexpensive individually, commonly around $7–$15.

💾 SCM256-1.00 SPECIALTY MODULE

This is probably the most unusual piece in the assortment.

Visible markings include:

SCM256-1.00
Galvantech GVT7132C320-7
ISSI IS61C64AH-15N

It has a distinctly nonstandard component layout and appears to be a special-purpose/proprietary memory-related board rather than ordinary desktop DRAM.

We're deliberately leaving its original equipment application unidentified rather than guessing. For a vintage electronics buyer, the important thing is that the searchable original component and board numbers are provided.

💾 ADDITIONAL VINTAGE MEMORY MODULES

The remaining modules include additional older laptop/legacy-style memory with identifying numbers and chip markings visible in the photographs.

Because this is a mixed untested lot, capacities and exact applications are not being assumed where they cannot be positively verified.

⭐ WHY THIS LOT IS DIFFERENT

You're getting a mixed assortment of obsolete computer-memory technology, rather than five commodity DDR sticks.

Potential uses include:

Vintage computer restoration • IBM/ThinkPad projects • Retro PC repair • Legacy workstation repair • RDRAM-era systems • Industrial computer repair • Replacement-parts inventory • Electronics collecting • Component research • Donor parts

These modules may be especially interesting to someone who works on equipment where the original part number matters more than raw memory capacity.

🔍 GREAT SEARCHABLE VINTAGE PARTS LOT

The individual labels, PCB markings and IC numbers have been intentionally photographed.

That's important because a buyer restoring an old laptop, workstation or specialty computer may be searching for one exact module or component number rather than simply searching for "old RAM."

The photos are an important part of this listing and show the actual PCB layouts, memory chips, labels, contacts and identifying numbers of all five pieces.

⚠️ CONDITION NOTES

These are USED VINTAGE COMPUTER/ELECTRONIC PULLS from older equipment.

ALL FIVE ARE UNTESTED.

They have not been individually tested in compatible vintage hardware, so functionality is unknown and no guarantee is made that any or all of the modules work.

Because these are mixed legacy components, we are also not guaranteeing capacity, memory type, speed, voltage, configuration or compatibility except where information is plainly identified by an original manufacturer's label.

Some pieces may be memory modules, while the identified RDRAM Terminator Module is a continuity/terminator device rather than conventional RAM.

Normal cosmetic wear from age, previous installation, removal, handling and storage should be expected.

🔧 SOLD AS AN UNTESTED VINTAGE PARTS / RESTORATION LOT.

Please compare the photographs, connector configuration, PCB layout and visible part numbers with the equipment you're repairing before purchasing.
