This appears to be a Not For Resale / authorized Apple Macintosh reseller copy, with a large sticker reading:
“Compliments of your authorized Apple Macintosh Reseller and Lotus Development Corporation – Not for Resale.”
The visible program disk is labeled Lotus 1-2-3 for Macintosh – Disk 1: Program (1 of 3), Version 1.00, copyright 1991 Lotus Development Corporation.
Included are the pictured software disks and substantial original documentation, including:

- Original shrink-wrapped/manual package
Some of the disks remain grouped beneath original plastic/tape as shown. There is visible age-related wear, scuffing, discoloration and deterioration to portions of the plastic wrapping and disk labels. Please examine the photos carefully for exact contents and condition.
