The MLT-D116S is the standard-yield monochrome toner for the Xpress M26xx / M28xx series. It works together with the MLT-R116 imaging drum (sold separately) — the M26xx/M28xx series uses a separate toner and drum system, so you only replace the toner (MLT-D116S) when the powder runs out, and replace the drum (MLT-R116) only when you see repeated vertical streaks or a greyish background that doesn't go away after changing the toner.🔴 MLT-D116S vs MLT-D111S — Do Not Confuse:
The MLT-D116S is NOT compatible with Xpress M2020 / M2020W / M2022 / M2026 / M2070 / M2070W / M2070FW and other M2020/M2070 family printers — those models require the MLT-D111S instead.
