Opening a case against us whether resolved or not still hurts our quality rating and costs us money with for higher listing fees. AssetManagement- We assign all of our items with unique asset tags that match our inventory system and track what items we ship out with the part number, serial number, and item condition with parts/peripherals.
- All returns must match the asset tag assigned to the order to be eligible for a full exchange/refund.
