Matrox Millennium G200 MMS quad-monitor PCI graphics card, model G2+/QUADP-PL/7, with 32MB memory.
This card supports up to four monitors when used with the proper LFH-60 breakout cables. The card is untested because I do not have compatible equipment or cables.
No breakout cables, adapters, drivers, or other accessories are included. Physical and cosmetic condition is shown in the photos.
