This keyboard has been used extensively for a year and a half, there is nothing wrong with it. Since it's been used extensively for a year the keycaps have gotten a bit shiny and reflective but that isn't much of a problem. I also made sure to clean the underside of the keycaps but didn't open the case as it's not recommended and that is something you'd want to do since there is some hairs that somehow got inside of there.
