This very powerful gaming PC is inside a surplus ammunition can.The screws and power button are installed with rubber insulators against water intrusion.The specifications for the build included the ability to float when the top is installed if accidentally dropped into water and to be EMP and vibration resistant. We don't know where he intended to take it, but we suspect it was not your average desktop environment.
