Here is a PCI card by Moxa, designed for industrial automation. It provides 8 high speed RS-232 serial ports with hardware flow control through a 16C550C-compatible UART. The end of the card has a DB62 connector for either an octopus cable or cable to a connection box.
Although this is a discontinued product, you can still download drivers from the manufacturer's will receive only the exact card pictured here. I do not have a DB62 cable.
