Used Discs are untested but look fantastic when examined under light with only light smudges or markings.
IF the CD is new and Factory sealed, expect there to be no scratches or smudges. There may be holes or tears in the plastic wrapping.
If CD is new and sealed and the case is cracked, a plain replacement case can be sent, but only upon request!
Might be minor defects to case, including small cracks, scratches or marks, this applies to new and used CD cases. (see photos)
