Comes with all parts pictured and no more. I'm not sure what it originally came with but I think this is everything. Only broken part is one of the push pins for the top panel, shown in one of the pictures. It doesn't prevent the panel from staying on or sitting flat. You only notice while taking it apart. No big scratches or dents. Possibly some small scratches. Could use a dusting.
