DescriptionThis is a vintage NEC PC-8801MC set, including the main unit and a CD-ROM drive. The monitor is included only for testing purposes and is not included with this set.All functions—including booting from floppy disk software, launching CD software via the CD-ROM drive, keyboard and joystick operation, video output, and audio playback—worked without any issues.I’ve performed some light maintenance, including cleaning the print head and replacing the CD-ROM drive gears with new ones, so it’s in good working condition. The internal battery has not been replaced, so you’ll see a low-battery error upon first startup, but you can use it as is.Shipping
