Item new, ready to ship. Box was still somewhat plastic wrapped from factory but the box was damaged, i opened the box to insure the product inside was unharmed.

NO RETURNS! Unless the item received is the following:

wrong item, damaged, broken, or altered in any way that isn't pictured or specified

Some items labeled as "New/factory sealed" may have small dents, cuts or punctures in the box while the product itself is not affected by these defects.

Some products sold may have a sticker on the box/product of a stock number from where these products were obtained by me. Sometimes these stickers are left in place to assure, in some cases, factory sealed products aren't tampered with and then cant be considered sealed anymore.
