Item Description

Build longer 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections across existing single-mode fiber infrastructure with the NETGEAR AXM764 SFP+ transceiver. The module supports 10GBASE LR Lite connectivity over legacy 9/125 micrometer single mode fiber, helping network administrators extend supported switch links across distances up to 2 km.

Long Range Fiber Connectivity

The AXM764 provides a practical option for connecting network equipment across separate rooms, floors, wiring closets, or nearby facilities. Its 2 km supported reach gives growing business networks more placement flexibility without requiring copper cabling between distant switches. An LC duplex connector supports common single-mode fiber patching configurations.

Compatible NETGEAR Switch Expansion

The transceiver fits standard SFP+ interfaces in NETGEAR M5300, M6100, M7100, and M7300 series managed switches. It also connects with select NETGEAR Smart and Plus switches that support 10 Gigabit SFP+ modules. Hot swappable installation allows the module to be inserted or removed without shutting down supported equipment, which can simplify maintenance and network changes.

Flexible LR Lite Deployment

The 10GBASE LR Lite implementation can interoperate with the NETGEAR AXM762 10GBASE LR transceiver when the fiber distance does not exceed 2 km. This provides additional flexibility when expanding supported NETGEAR switch environments. Confirm the switch interface, fiber type, connector format, and total cable distance before installation.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via messages or the returns link to obtain an RMA number.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via messages or the returns link to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures proper handling of your return or replacement.
To qualify for a full refund (less shipping expenses), the item must be in its original new condition, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Opened items are eligible for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred in sending the item. If your order included Free Shipping, the shipping expenses we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges for both ways will be deducted from your refund.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in brand new condition as described above. If not, the return may be deemed non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%. Returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton (not just the original product box), with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label. Include a copy of your invoice and order number, and insure your return shipment with prepaid shipping. We do not accept COD shipments.
Certain product categories are not eligible for return due to hygienic or sanitary reasons, as required by manufacturers. Consumable goods or items locked by manufacturers (such as Apple or HP) are not returnable.

If you received a free item as part of a “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion, the free item must be returned with your original return request to receive a full refund. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.
