Item is new. Product packaging may have imperfections or tears but product is not affected once the item is opened.

Item is wireless but requires the included dongle to be plugged into your usb drive in order to work. It is not a Bluetooth enabled mouse.

Returns are only accepted for items that are still sealed and new otherwise the return will be refused or a heavy restocking fee will apply.
