Here is a very simple ISA SCSI host adapter which was originally bundled with a SCSI scanner in late 1997 or 1998. It is still in its original packaging.
Although the manufacturer's name is not on the box, this card was sold by Domex, and uses a DTCT-436 SCSI controller chip, made by Data Technology Corporation (DTC). There is a female DB25 port on the end of the card, for a cable leading to a SCSI scanner or non-bootable SCSI device.
There are SCSI terminators installed, but there is no connector for internal SCSI drives. There is no BIOS installed, so this can not be used to connect to a boot drive. I believe it was designed to support only a single SCSI device in a system with a 16-bit ISA slot.
