🔶 If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.🔶 Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If it doesn't, you'll need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.🔶 If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.🔸 Mostly you would receive the products by the estimate delivery time, but as we all know that it depends on customs, the carrier, Holidays and weather condition, sometimes it might be a little late than expected in some curtain circumstance. And we keep tracing on it.Warranty:🔷 For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.
🔷 If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the member to member communication system.
