1 Year Warranty. All items purchased through the Revolving Networks store will receive a 1 Year Warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or a refund depending on seller availability. Warranty is only valid for items purchased that are sold directly to the end user or service provider (i.e. MSP, ISP, etc.). All items purchased by resellers for resale will receive a 30-Day Warranty.

NOTE:Revolving Networks does NOT guarantee OEM support eligibility, warranty, software updates or transfer of ownership. We do not guarantee these products to be eligible for Cisco Smart Licensing, SmartNet or Smart Account registration.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please contact us or send a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipments in the state of Minnesota.
