We pride ourselves on our prompt shipping, normally within 1 business day if sale ends before 1pm when our post office closes, else we ship within 2 days. We can add the cost of insurance to our handling charge for breakable and costly items.
Do we combine shipping - you bet we do. Just email at the end of the sale if you have multiple wins and wait for an invoice before you pay.
We prefer not to ship internationally, but can. International buyers will pay all shipping at the US Postal priority mail rates plus a $5 handling fee. International shipping can be expensive so please offer accordingly and email for a shipping quote PRIOR to offerding!
We appreciate payment as soon as possible, but within four days of the end of the sale unless contacted for special arrangements.
Our refund policy is to issue a refund of the sale amount, so offer with confidence. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
We have a 100% response rating and take pride in our sales. We do this as a fundraiser for our nonprofit programs at Seven Fires Foundation. Our goal is to represent items fairly and accurately.
