HOTEND CONSTRUCTIONThe hotend features an all-metal integrated design where the heatbreak is permanently fused with the nozzle in a one-piece construction. This integrated structure eliminates common failure points such as filament leakage, pressure loss, and nozzle detachment during extended print sessions. The all-metal construction provides effective heat dissipation.
QUICK-SWAP MAGNETIC BLOCKThe A1 series heating block uses a magnetic fixation system that allows the hotend to be quickly and accurately seated into position, enabling tool-free hotend changes in seconds.
FILAMENT COMPATIBILITYCompatible with standard, particle-free filaments including: PLA, PETG, PVA, ABS, ASA, PC, TPU, PP, and Nylon. The 0.2mm nozzle diameter is intended for non-abrasive filaments only. Do not use with filaments containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal particles, or other inorganic abrasive particles, as these will cause clogging and damage to the 0.2mm orifice. For abrasive or particle-filled filaments, a hardened steel nozzle with a larger diameter (0.4mm or greater) is required.
PRINT DETAILThe 0.2mm nozzle diameter produces thin filament lines suited for high-resolution prints, miniature models, intricate logos, fine text, molds, and detail-focused applications. Prints with a 0.2mm nozzle will generally require longer print times compared to larger nozzle diameters.
