The return policy is straightforward.

Our customers possess the right toOpen-A-Returnon any order receivedin 30 days. However, in a healthy transaction where no mistake is proved to be made by the Seller, the Buyer will be responsible for the Return Label Cost. Also, please note that a return on orders over 30 days old will be denied in any occasion.

Shipping will always be Fast & Free.

Whereas any payment upon the item was made, your item will be very well packed andsent within 1 to 5 business days(It's usually 1-3, and we put 5 just in case),and it should be safely delivered within 8 to 10business days. During these days, no worry shall be concerned, so please sit back and wait for your package along the delightful sunshine and peaceful moonlight.

To be explicit, your item will be shipped viaSpeedpak Standard. Your carriertracking numberwill be immediately sent to the e-mail address associated with your account as label generated. You may keep track of your order at will. If any question or problem is raised during transition, please let us know and we will help till the end.

Sometimes things can go wrong no matter what.

As a responsible seller, we help in any problem, such as damaged goods, defective products, unclear descriptions, or etc., that you consider as a dissatisfaction, the door to our Customer Service is always widely opened for you.

Yet please also notice that any collaboration needs time to reach a solution.

* For adelayed or lost package, as we actively communicate with our colleagues and shipping carriers. This process could take up to 14 days, so if the item is needed urgently, we highly recommend you to place another order.

* For apresumably defective product received, our customer service will work this out with you in a quick manner. In this case, please describe the issue as clear as possible. Pictures and videos can be extremely helpful and time-saving here.

* For anyconfusing or false descriptionin the listing that causes a mis-purchase, please kindly remind us so we can improve our listings and continuously offer a better purchasing experience to you and to all our customers as well. Did it occur to be our mistake for the faulty transaction, we would be responsible for the return cost.

Among all sorts of the problem, before the puzzle resolved or time expired, a refund or replacement will NOT be issued.
