Each unit is rigorously tested to make sure that all the ports, protocols, and function work properly. We make sure that each unit has a dual boot system (TMOS) for redundancy. They are reset to factory settings and the password is set to factory defaults. The licenses are intact.

We also make sure that the units are licensed and updated to the latest supported firmware for the AOM and the TMOS which will save many hours of staging and setup time. We also make sure that the CMOS batteries are fresh to keep the system clock up to date. So all you need to do is to plug them in your network and turn them on and put in your configuration -- no more staging, no guess work, no fuss, and no troubleshooting is needed.

We include support for this unit for 60 days which includes hardware replacement RMA service and latest hotfix as they become available. We respond to support questions via standard SLA - 5x8x365.
