AOpen AX45-V in what appears to be the factory sealed wrap and possibly box. The bubble wrap is clearly sealed, but the packaging suggests OEM new.I tried to locate a revision number or some additional markings, but the bubble wrap really gets in the way.Additional identifiers: 01160 48.38T01.03As it appears still sealed, I won't be opening to test for functionality (as is). This was found in a lot of old PC hardware I purchased for retro projects.
