This is a great fan from one of the most reputable brands in PC fans. When building my PC I bought 1 more 140mm than I actually needed. If your case or heatsink can mount a larger fan you can benefit from lower speeds (typically more quiet) while moving as much or more air improving your case temperatures. The specs on this fan, and it seems accurate based on the ones in my computer, is specified at 19.6db. This puts the max volume around the sound of rustling leaves, quieter than an average whisper.This item is open box. It contains the fan and mounting screws in the original packaging.
