For sale is a used, vintage Northgate Omnikey Ultra-T extended layout mechanical keyboard. This keyboard is in great condition for its age - there is some yellowing on the plastics, some rust on the mounting plate and other general signs of use as expected, but there's no major signs of damage or wear. It is equipped with white complicated Alps SKCM switches and comes with a non-original PS/2 cable and AT adaptor.
I've done some work to this keyboard: I replaced both capacitors on the PCB, added a 3D printed TPU brace under the middle of the PCB to counter the plate sag, and lubed all the switches using Super Lube PTFE synthetic grease. The enter key still has a double striking problem; the contact leaf can probably be adjusted to resolve this, but otherwise the keyboard types and sounds as good as you would expect from a vintage clicky Alps board. This thing is a tank!
