No power cable or toner is included. The printer has been tested and is working normally. It shows normal signs of cosmetic wear, including scratches from previous use.

Please note that I have several of these units in stock. The item you receive may vary slightly in cosmetic condition from the one shown in the photos, but it will be in similar condition and fully functional.
