OTDR launch cable box, 1000 meters of single mode G652D 9/125 fiber on a fiber ring, SC/APC connectors on both ends. Used with an OTDR to eliminate the event dead zone and measure insertion loss and reflectance at the near end and far end of the link under test. Works as either a launch or a receive cable at 1310 and 1550 nm.

Condition: New, open box. Never deployed - the fiber is factory wound, both connectors still have their dust caps, and the ring and stand are unmarked. The retail box has minor shelf wear.
