Warranty and Returns
A 30 day warranty is offered on this listing. If your product is deemed defective, we will replace it with an equivalent item upon receiving the defective equipment or upon securing payment for the replacement product (which will be refunded when we receive your defective product). If a replacementproduct is not available, we will fully refund your money upon receiving the returned merchandise. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Defective products should be reported via the messaging system within 14 days from delivery date. An RMA number is required for all returning items. Returning packages will not be received by our warehouse without an RMA number. All returns must arrive back in our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date. Items that have not been received into our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date are not eligible for refund or replacement.
