BD-R DL 50GB media requires a burner that specifically supports Dual Layer (DL) Blu-ray recording. Not all Blu-ray drives support BD-R DL discs.
We strongly recommend testing 1–2 discs before recording the full pack.

• Burn failures caused by hardware limitations, outdated firmware, software settings, or improper configuration are not considered defective media.
• Professional duplicators must be properly calibrated for DL media.
• Using multiple discs without prior testing may affect return eligibility.
Lowering burn speed and updating firmware often resolves recording issues.
