PNY prints this on the package: the kit is compatible withPC2-5300 (667 MHz), PC2-4200 (533 MHz) and PC2-3200 (400 MHz). It clocks itself down towhatever your board runs, so it will work in an older DDR2 machine as well as a 667 MHz one.

This is desktop DIMM memory — full-size modules for a tower or desktop, notSO-DIMM for a laptop.

Why a matched kit rather than two loose sticks:
