If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it forexchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days,subject to a Return Authorization from us (see exceptions above) and applicablerestocking fees. Include your order number, serial number onthe product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product hasbeen opened or is still factory sealed.Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and allreturns are subject to inspection. • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
