PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION - THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANTThe polyester, standard mouse pad is 7.75" x 9.25" x ¼", with fabric on top and open cell rubber on the bottom. This is a thick mouse pad. The image is sublimated (heat pressed) to the surface so it won't fade, crack or peel.
The brushed fabric mouse pad has soft fabric on top, with open cell rubber backing. The image is sublimated (heat pressed) to the fabric surface so it won't fade, crack or peel. This is a high quality mouse pad and makes a great gift. The 8" x 10" x ⅛" mouse pad has a unique, soft, velvety feel with vibrant, rich colors. Although this is a thin mouse pad, it makes up for it with the soft surface, which your mouse will love (your hand too).
These look like they are embroidered, but they are not, they are printed flat.Both can be machine washed (cold water-no bleach) and air dried.
If adding text send a message in the note to seller. Text will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it's the way you want it - capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc. I will send you a preview (usually within about 3 hours, check spam/junk mail). Changes are welcome but I will ship this out the next business day, so check your email for it. If I don't hear from you I will assume that you approve of the preview as sent.

I use the U.S. Post Office for most of my shipping, and once in awhile the delivery of your item may be delayed BY THEM.

I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn't go the the right place.

If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you.

Once your order is at the Post Office, its delivery is controlled by them, I no longer can do anything about the time it takes for delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number provided (you should get a shipping notification with the number or you can find it on your transaction information). The information provided there is all the information available.

If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does. I will not refund or replace any item shown as delivered.
