Why is my label printing blank?
The printing face must load face-left. This is the most common setup mistake.

Does it print in color?

What tape does it use?
BPA-free thermal tapes from 6mm–15mm wide, in die-cut and continuous formats. Included: 80 pre-cut 12×40mm matte white labels (best for 1–3 words). Waterproof, transparent, kraft, and patterned tapes available separately.

What surfaces does it stick to?
Adheres well to glass jars, plastic containers, metal tins, cardboard, and paper. For curved surfaces (pill bottles, spice jars, baby bottles, cosmetic tubes), use waterproof tape. Not recommended for fabric or textured walls. Use freeze-resistant tape for freezer storage.
