Used and in perfectly functional and excellent condition. I used this for a period of about 3 months before shelling out for an actual PoE switch. This still works and is great!

This 16 port midspan injector will add Power over Ethernet to your existing network switch. Using a midspan is a cost effective way to add to your existing infrastructure. Ideal for VOIP systems, cameras and other PoE enabled devices, it is designed to pass power on Mode A (pins 1,2 3,6) while using all 4 pairs to send 10/100/1000 gigbit data. The passive feature allows all devices to receive the same voltage (48v) - the total budget for all devices combined is 240 watts. Check device specifications for power needs.
