• 2 Print Your Design

  Load an A4 sheet into your printer, matte side facing the printheads. Print your mirrored design using high-quality DTF inks.

• 3 Apply Powder

  While the ink is still wet, evenly apply the Premium DTF Powder over the printed design. Shake off any excess — the anti-static formula ensures powder sticks only where ink was deposited.

• 4 Cure the Design

  Place the film in your DTF dryer or curing oven at 230°–280°F until the powder is fully melted and the surface appears glossy and transparent.

• 5 Heat Press onto Garment

  Position the cured film on the garment, printed side down. Press at 280°–320°F (138°–160°C) for 8–10 seconds at medium pressure.

• 6 Peel & Finish
