Some SuccessNet Tools require student online access. Licenses for student online access are purchased separately.

Minimum system requirements:

• Windows 2000, XP, CD-ROM drive, 64 MB of available RAM (256 MB recommended), 1Internet Explorer 6.0 (preferred browser), Javascript and cookies enabled
• Macintosh OS X (10.2 through 10.5), CD-ROM drive, 64 MB of available RAM (256 MB recommended), Safari 2.0 (preferred browser), Javascript and cookies enabled
• Other software requirements: Monitor resolution 1024 x 768 minimum, Shockwave Player 8.5, Flash Player 7, Acrobat Reader 6.0, QuickTime 6.0

• Comes from a smoke-free environment in the USA.

• Color may vary slightly by monitor/screen.

• Returns are accepted on unused items still in original condition. Worn, stained, partial, missing tags and damaged etc. items are not accepted.

• The buyer pays the return shipping cost.

• Returns must be requested within 14-30 days depending on the item.

• Returns are not available for international buyers or certain items.

• Exchanges are not available.

All rates are determined by the USPS & mail couriers, not the seller. Shipping costs exactly as what is shown.

• Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to update after being shipped.

Economy Shipping - The lowest available shipping price (e.g. ground advantage, media mail). This is selected by default.

• Priority Mail - Select this method if you require the item in a hurry.

• International Shipping - Shipping rates are determined through the Global Shipping Program not the seller. Cost will vary by your location and I am not informed of what rate you are charged.

• Combined Shipping - I will happily combine shipping for multiple purchases from my store!

• 4) Please patiently wait for me to send you an invoice with a new updated shipping fee!

• 5) Sometimes combined shipping does not bring the cost of postage down due to certain mail services.

• Holiday shipping rates: During peak-season shipping prices are increased by the USPS & mail couriers. This is in effect October 6th to January 16th.
