At the end of the sale, we will send you an invoice for the total. We must either receive PayPal payment or hear from you within 5 days! If not, we will re-list the item & file an unpaid item dispute. We try to be patient & will send you a reminder invoice or an message after 3 days.
We will leave response for you after we hear from you that you have received the item. We don't like to leave response until we know that you are satisfied with your purchase. Of course, we appreciate your response as well.
We do charge a $2.00 handling fee. This fee is included in the shipping costs when you use the Shipping Calculator, so you know up front what the total shipping cost will be. If you buy multiple items, we only charge the fee one time (example: if you buy 10 items & we ship them together, you pay the actual shipping cost plus $2.00).
