Unlike traditional 98% and 100% layouts, the QK100 evolved from our QK75 with an improved number pad area. Qwertykeys changed the 0 key to 2U and incorporated major functions from the 100% layout. This minimizes the keyboard's overall size while making input more convenient and efficient. That's why it is call the QK100. As a keyboard for work, Qwertykeys believe that the side profile of the QK100 should be clean and practical. It should enable users to lift the keyboard easily and enhance its stylish appearance. Qwertykeys created several versions of the side design and verified them through samples, ultimately optimizing a satisfactory solution that gives the keyboard a more layered and dynamic look which coincides with the design theme.
With the development of the hobby, Qwertykeys have noticed an increasingly diverse range of preferences among community members in sound and typing feel. Some prefer the bounciness of the gasket mount, while others are die-hard fans of the top mount. Not to mention the arguments about foams, flex cuts, tape mod, etc.
As keyboard designers, Qwertykeys believe that diversity is the soul of this hobby. This time, Qwertykeys applied the dual mounting system for the first time in QK's family. It allows users to choose between top mount or PCB gasket mount with adjustable hardness to help users achieve their desired typing experience.

Gateron x Siliworks Type R Tactile Switches
The Type R Switches are 100% tactile switches which means there is minimal linear movement before the tactile bump and after, offering a pure tactile experience. Sound Profile: High-pitched, clacky, and sharp due to the reduced travel.
Applied 3204 on the side rail of the bottom housing only, and 3 sides of the stem, two sides and back; never on the legs. Tribosys on the metal leaf to reduce leaf crunch. GPL 105 Oil on the Spring.The Stabilizer
Owlstab V2 is brought to you by Owlab and includes wires by Liquidmetal. These wires are made of shape-memory alloy which allow slight bending of the wire to return to its original, straight shape. Reduced size of wire entry hole in order to decrease wobble. The housing are lubed with Krytox 205 grade 0 to reduce plastic friction and white noise. The wires are lubed with XHT-BDZ G1.5 to reduce the rattle between the stabilizer stem and wire.The Keycap
