RARE GIGABYTE GA-7N400 Pro2 Motherboard Socket A/462 Athlon XP Vintage Enthusiast Gaming and Server Tech. AMD Athlon XP 2800 CPU. 2x512MB DDR400 400mhz (PC3200) CL3 RAM sticks. I/O shield and heatsink w/fan included. This thing was a beast of a board back in its time. I was going to clean it up but found the warranty void sticker had not been disturbed so I left it alone. Chip will need to be pasted though. It had been sitting for quite some time and I decided to try and resurrect it for a retro machine and or a server. However the board does power up but never booted. Upon review I did notice that it does have some bad capacitors but everything else on the board looks great. I do not trust myself and my poor soldering skills to potentially ruin a Holy Grail board like this so thought best to see if any of you would be willing to take on that task. Capacitors are only a few bucks. So this is being sold as is for parts.*packaging was stored in a potentially smoking environment and may have cigarette odor.
