This listing is for a BRAND NEW and SEALED CD-ROM... from 1996.
Rand McNally's TRIPMAKER 1996 Edition"The Best Multimedia Road Atlas and Tip Planner Ever!"
Still SEALED in the original cellophane, you can even see that the original postcard/ registration card is in the back. The cellophane does have some scuffing on the outside, but still not completely opened. (See pics)
SO since it's not opened, I can't fully examine it to see the system requirements, but I cross referenced with someone else's listing on and it appears as though it's for WINDOWS 95. But again, I can't 100% guarantee since I can't open it to be sure.
