Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• All returned items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and paperwork.

• Items must be double-boxed to protect the original manufacturer’s packaging.

• Do not write on, apply stickers to, or attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s box.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for items that are returned and tested non-defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If a delivery is refused, the carrier will charge return shipping. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

• Any packages damaged during transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
