WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with all of our transactions. On the rare occasion that an item you purchased from us has a problem or is not what you ordered/expected, PLEASE DO NOT IMMEDIATELY LEAVE NEGATIVE response OR OPEN A CASE WITH OR PAYPAL. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. You will have plenty of time to do so if we cannot resolve the issue.

If your issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will first attempt to repair the item or offer a replacement item for any item that was guaranteed against DOA. We only ship to CONFIRMED addresses to qualify for the seller and buyer protection policy. We do NOT drop ship or ship to third party addresses. Shipping prices are not negotiable, unless you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect for purchases of more than 1 item. The shipping cost will include secure packaging and handling. Once an item is marked as going outside of the United States of America then it will be shipped via International, then discounts for combined shipping are not allowed.

The fees for shipping outside the USA are determined strictly by Global Shipping Services and NOT our Company! We ship most items within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. A tracking number will be available on the sale page when your item has shipped. When leaving response, please base your shipping time rating on the amount of time it took for us to ship your item and not how long it took for your item to arrive. We have no control over the amount of time your item takes while in transit.

Local Pickup

Items can be picked up at our warehouse showroom in Oceanside, California.Pickups are by appointment only. After purchasing the item, send us a message requesting an invoice with the shipping costs removed. Payment through PayPal is preferred and must be made prior to pick up! Our warehouse is not open to the public. Send us a message through to arrange for pickup. Please send us a message at least 4 business days prior to request date of arrival so that we can have your item ready for you to pick up.

PAYMENT

PayPal or Credit is the preferred method of payment. Please be aware that if you have not purchased at least 4 items on you might not be allowed to offer on this item.
