IMPORTANT – COMPATIBILITY NOTICE
DVD-R media requires a DVD burner capable of recording to DVD-R discs. Most modern DVD burners and DVD recorders support DVD-R recording.
We strongly recommend testing 1–2 discs before recording the full pack.
- Compatibility issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Burn failures caused by hardware limitations, outdated firmware, software settings, or improper configuration are not considered defective discs.
- Some older DVD drives or standalone recorders may not support high-speed 16X media properly.
- Using multiple discs without prior testing may affect return eligibility.
Lower burn speeds and updated firmware often resolve most recording issues.
