The Sunhans SH-2000 is a bi-directional 2.4GHz WiFi amplifier rated at 2000mW (33 dBm) output power, designed to extend the range of existing 802.11 b/g/n wireless networks. It operates in half-duplex mode with automatic RF carrier sensing to switch between transmit and receive, and connects via SMA receptacle (50 ohm) to both the router and antenna. Cast-aluminum housing is rated for operation from -20°C to +70°C.

The unit delivers 13–16 dB transmit gain and up to 12 dB receive gain, with noise figure of 3.5 dB typical. Frequency response is ±1 dB across the 2400–2500 MHz band. Powered by included 6V/2A DC adapter (100–240V AC input).
