Used condition with visible cosmetic wear. The housing and stand have some typical scuffs, dust, and light scratches from previous use. The display panel has smudging/dust and a few light surface scratches (most notably a diagonal hair-line scratch on the lower right quadrant of the screen as pictured). The monitor turns on and functions as intended, though please note that video cables (VGA/DVI) are not included.
