OUR RETURN POLICY FOR FLASH PRODUCTS:
- DOA and Defective items will be replacedwith an identical item upon return of the defective item.
- We will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory at that time.
- Defective items must be notified to us within 7 days of the date you received it.
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
- Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. If the retail package has been opened or used, and item being returned for a refund is not defective, itwill be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
