I bought this Schneider CPC464 few years ago with a bunch of other retro machines. What is included in this listing:
Refurbished CPC464
Few books about programming CPC464 (one in English, one in German and one copy in Croatian language)
What has been done:
Testing was made by suppling power from GT64 monitor (green screen one).
Motherboard has been washed.
All keys are working - please see the photos.
Recapping on the main board and tape board was made in January 2025.
Tape counter is working, but reset button/lever is broken.
Both belts have been changed (tape drive belt and counter belt).
Didn't have any tapes to load, so I tried to save and load BASIC program, and after the recap, I managed to save and load a BASIC program to the tape.
It might need tape head alignment if someone has some original tape.
All my retro equipment is stored in climatized workshop, to keep all the components in best state as possible. Monitor shown on the images is not included in this sale. Unless someone really needs it, in which case I will do my best to make arrangement for sending the monitor with CPC with some price adjustments. Shipping to US and European countries only.
