Seagate ST-225 20MB 5.25" 3600RPM Internal HDD Hard Powers & Spins Cleanly.
I put 12 volt power to unit. It spins up and I can hear the drive heads moving and going thru initialization. It does not have any clicking or stuck sounds. I am fairly certain this drive is good for use. Unfortunately I have no old IBM computer to test this with and I have no cable for this drive type.Selling at a reasonable cost.
Has the large black bezel that would cover 2 bays. Red light in front, not sure if this works. The metal hardware, of one bay, under this drive can be removed if you wish.
Unfortunately, since this is an electrical device, I cannot accept returns as anything can happen to the drive from use, etc.So selling as it is. Should be good.
